Text Notifications: A New Feature

We have rolled out a new feature here at DB’s…text notifications!  If you give us your cell phone number, you can now receive a text notification on your phone with a picture of your technician and the details about your appointment.  The text also contains an easy-to-click direct line to the office should you need to contact us once you receive the text.  We do not distribute your number or contact you via text if you choose for us to not- it is totally up to you!

Customers that have received text notifications seem to enjoy this feature, as you no longer have to check your email in order to get the dispatch information.  Email notifications are still possible and encouraged in addition to the texts as you will have everything about your appointment in one place.
