We are going to take the time to highlight one of our employees every month. This month, we have chosen Shane! Shane is a great tech who works hard to get the job done. He has creative solutions for plumbing needs in both residential and commercial and has a lot of experience in different plumbing situations. We also joke that Shane has every tool you can think of, more so than any of the rest of us!! If you see him at your home, feel free to congratulate him on employee of the month! Here is a short interview with Shane!
Q– Before working at DB’s Plumbing and Drain, what was the most unusual or interesting job you’ve ever had?
A- “Truck’n America. I washed trailers, swept, and helped with installs. I’ve always loved large equipment and big trucks so working there was awesome!”
Q– If you could switch your job with anyone else within DB’s Plumbing and Drain, whose job would you want?
A- “I honestly wouldn’t switch with anyone. I like my job and my position in the company.”
Q- What is your favorite part about being a plumber?
A- “I like that there’s something different every day and I get to solve people’s problems. The job changes over time and you really do learn all the time, which keeps my job interesting.”
Q– How do you define success?
A- “Quality work and building a good name for yourself, both in business and personally.”
